1. Data controller
The controller of your personal data is Grey Creative, operating in Poland. For matters related to data protection, you can contact us at: kontakt@greycreative.pl.
2. What data we collect
We only collect data that you provide voluntarily — your name, email address, and the content of messages sent through the contact form on the website. We do not collect data automatically (analytics cookies, tracking, etc.) except for essential technical cookies.
3. Purpose of data processing
We process your data solely to respond to your inquiry and potentially establish a collaboration. The legal basis for processing is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and the legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Data sharing
Your data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. It may only be transferred to service providers necessary for the website’s operation (hosting, email service) — based on appropriate data processing agreements.
5. Retention period
Data from the contact form is stored for the period necessary to handle your inquiry, no longer than 12 months from the last contact. After that period, the data is deleted.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to object to processing. You also have the right to withdraw consent at any time and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
7. Cookies
The website uses only essential technical cookies that are necessary for the proper functioning of the site. We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.
8. Changes to the privacy policy
We reserve the right to make changes to this privacy policy. We will inform you of any significant changes by updating the content on this page.
If you have any questions about personal data processing, write to kontakt@greycreative.pl
